• International customers avoid expensive return shipping with our trust-based policy
International return shipping is extremely expensive and impractical — often costing more than the item itself! Instead of making you pay for expensive shipping, we trust you.

✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, your situation must meet one of these criteria:
- ✓ Item arrived damaged — packaging or product damaged during shipping
- ✓ Item is defective — manufacturing defect or doesn't work as described
- ✓ Wrong item received — we sent something different from what you ordered
- ✓ Item doesn't match description — significant difference from product page
- ✓ Change of mind (USA only) — item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags

Resolution
Choose store credit (instant), replacement, or refund
⏱️ Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact billing@rberyl.com.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

- ✗ Jewelry — earrings, piercing jewelry, personalized pieces
- ✗ Beauty Products — cosmetics, skincare, fragrances (if opened)
- ✗ Personalized Items — custom-made or engraved products
- ✗ Sale & Clearance Items — items marked as final sale
- ✗ Gift Cards — non-refundable, no expiration

📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll make it right — no questions asked!
- Take clear photos/video of the damage (packaging and product)
- Email care@rberyl.com with your order number and photos
- We'll respond within 24 hours with a solution
We cover all costs for defective or damaged items — you pay nothing.
📭 Order Never Arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- ✓ First, check your tracking number for the latest status
- ✓ Contact us at orders@rberyl.com with your order details
- ✓ We'll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated
- ✓ If confirmed lost, we'll reship or refund at no cost to you

Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges subject to availability:
