📧 Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number is sent via email once your order ships. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from orders@rberyl.com. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to become active.
⏳ Why hasn't my tracking updated?
International tracking may show limited updates while crossing borders. This is normal! Once in your country, updates become more frequent. If no updates for 7+ days, contact us.
📦 My order shows "delivered" but I didn't receive it?
First, check with neighbors, building security, or family members. Sometimes packages are marked delivered 1-2 days early. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us immediately — we'll help!
🛒 I ordered multiple items — will they arrive together?
Items may ship from different locations and arrive separately, each with its own tracking number. You'll receive separate emails for each shipment. No extra shipping cost for separate packages!
